our civic association received two receivables as a gift, the proceeds of which should be used to secure our activities and to help other similar organizations.
Due to the fact that our association is not engaged in business activities, we do not have the human or financial capacity for long-term litigation. For this reason, we would like to offer them for sale or, if necessary, for collection. We enclose the basic identification of debtors and the amount of receivables:
